- Price per apartment, not per person, and it is not mandatory to purchase 7 days of park access. It is possible to purchase individual days, for day fee. No refunds for unused park days. Advance purchase at the Central Office or check-in at the Hotel Reception. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The hotel strictly prohibits exceeding the capacity of the units. Breakfast can be purchased in advance by contacting the hotel front desk at (17)3279-1000 or emailing reservas@hotbeachresidence.com.br. Studio and hotel units are one room without privacy.
- The park is closed for maintenance on Mondays, except during high season. All units have a barbecue grill on the balcony. The barbecue kit can be rented at the hotel reception (check prices and availability).
