Other Information
- A mandatory Half-Board meal fee is required for breakfast and dinner. Advance payments made within seven days of finalizing reservations offer guests a 15% discount. Call (62) 4000-1300 or (800) 940-7782 to pay the fee. Pool towel rentals per person, paid at check-in.
- An additional benefit for RCI members is access to the exclusive sections of the Aviva Vacation Club, subject to scheduling. Please inquire at check-in. This benefit will not include some private areas of The Casa Residence Club. Guest substitutions during their stay are not allowed.
- Children under age 4 do not pay a Water Park fee. Rio Quente owners do not pay for the Water Park with an active AVIVA contract. Rates can change without prior notice. Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed, however, if this option can be offered, there is an additional service fee per hour, and meals and drinks will not be provided during the extra time.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- The mandatory Half-Board meal plan fees can be paid by cash or credit card. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinner fees are paid to the hotel up to 15 days before check-in, subject to availability.
