- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- Check in time on Thursday is between 3pm and 5pm.
- If you arrive later than 5pm you need to contact the resort ON YOUR ARRIVAL day on +61 3 5021 9600 to make arrangements for late arrival access. Resort has a coded gate and also a night safe where you will collect your key/map etc. Codes change frequently and these will not be disclosed prior to your arrival date. The wall safe is located between Reception and the Bistro on the wall in the corner.
- Pet-friendly Friday units are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. There is a pet fee.
- Please note on Fridays there are 30 units of which 9 are upstairs and on Saturdays there are 37 units which are all downstairs. If you require a wheelchair friendly unit please advise RCI prior to confirmation so that we can contact resort to ensure they are able to accommodate you.
